Aims and Objectives

• The principal aim of the Beaumont Cambridge group is to make provision for and encourage social activities for those in the transgender community (including wives / partners, other family members or friends) in the Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas.
• The Beaumont Cambridge group provide a point of first contact and support for those in the transgender community venturing out for the first time and who may wish to take advantage of the group events to extend their social contact in their chosen gender identity.
• When appropriate the Beaumont Cambridge group will also endeavour to portray a positive image of the transgender community in order to promote greater understanding and tolerance in society at large.
